You bought two samples and used your forwarder. Your agent should be responsible for the damage of the goods during transportation. Our staff contacted you and we were willing to resend the goods for you with our logistics for free or refund for you, but we didn't get your reply. I don't know why you gave us such a bad comment. Obviously this is not our reason. We are very sad.
